Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Notice:
Video analysis appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not receive a refund.
Validity of Analysis:
-Once-Off Analysis:
Valid for one month from the date of purchase.
-Four Analyses Package:
Valid for two months from the date of purchase.
Refunds:
Once an analysis is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
